Job Summary
Provide HVAC controls solutions and financial performance considerations for customer problems. Consistently ascertain customer needs and market opportunities, then assemble and coordinate acquisition teams to convert leads into opportunities. Develop and execute account-specific business plans to facilitate long-term, profitable partnerships with consulting engineers, contractors, and building owners. Assist customers with technical questions regarding system application, controls, installation, operation, maintenance, and problem resolution. Visit customers regularly to prioritize engagement and create daily plans for field activities.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of demonstrated experience
- Bachelor of Science degree
- 2+ years of solution sales experience
- Valid Driver License
- Driver License in State
- No major or frequent traffic violations in the previous 3 years
- No DUI in the previous 3 years
- No Hit & Run in the previous 3 years
- No License Suspension in the previous 3 years
- No Reckless/Careless Driving in the previous 3 years
- No multiple smaller infractions in the previous 3 years
- No preventable collisions in the previous 3 years
- Pass additional drug screening
