Job Summary
Prioritize engaging with customers by providing HVAC controls consultation, developing solutions for performance-based considerations, and converting leads into opportunities through assigned sales processes. Consistently ascertain customer needs and market opportunities while assembling acquisition teams and executing account-specific business plans to drive share and retention. Assist clients with technical questions on products and industry issues, requiring travel to job sites including mechanical rooms and outdoor work. This role involves fostering deep relationships with building owner accounts at Trane Technologies to facilitate sustainable climate solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or Science Degree
- 5+ years of solution sales experience
- track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to engage multiple stakeholders, influencers, and key decision makers
- Demonstrated ability to generate and qualify leads
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate customer conversations with business level insights
- Demonstrated ability to establish value and create demand
