Job Summary
Provide HVAC controls consultation and develop long-term customer relationships with consulting engineers, contractors, and building owners. Consistently ascertain customer needs, coordinate acquisition teams, and convert leads into opportunities by assigning the appropriate sales process and team members. Develop and execute account-specific business plans to facilitate profitable partnerships while assisting customers with technical questions on systems, products, and problem resolution. Prioritize engaging with customers and plan your day to visit sites. This role joins Trane's Commercial HVAC team, focusing on building efficiency and sustainability through Controls/Building Automation offerings.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of demonstrated experience
- Bachelor of Science degree
- 2+ years of solution sales experience
- Valid Driver License
- Driver License in State
- No major or frequent traffic violations in the previous 3 years
- No DUI in the previous 3 years
- No Hit & Run in the previous 3 years
- No License Suspension in the previous 3 years
- No Reckless/Careless Driving in the previous 3 years
- No multiple smaller infractions in the previous 3 years
- No preventable collisions in the previous 3 years
- Pass additional drug screening
