Controlling Professional (m/f/d)

Job Summary
Conduct cost controlling by collecting and analyzing production costs, developing standard costs, and performing variance analysis to identify savings. Support production partners in budgeting and forecasting through COGM calculations and process insights. Execute quarterly and year-end closings for cost of goods sold by crop while maintaining master data against established models. Collaborate with international production and finance colleagues to ensure cost control governance and implement strategic targets. This permanent, full-time role (38hrs/week) at our HQ in Einbeck offers a family-run environment within a global plant breeding leader.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in economics, business administration, agribusiness or comparable
- First professional experience in controlling and/ or finance
- Fluent in English
- Good command of German
Desired Qualifications
- First professional experience in controlling and/ or finance – ideally in an international environment
- Having worked as an intern / working student in the field of controlling or finance
- Proven IT literacy in MS Excel - SAP R3, S4 Hana, Business Warehouse
- Good command of German
