Job Summary
Controlling & Planning Analyst in Xiamen, China. Act as finance business partner to LSU controllers and support daily operational controlling activities, including analyses of business performance versus budget and forecast, preparation of financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Collaborate with local controlling units to understand drivers of financial performance, support process optimization and standardization, assist with FCM setup and validation, and coordinate internal controls. Requires a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting; 3+ years of manufacturing-focused finance/controlling experience; SAP and digitalization tools proficiency; strong analytical, ownership, and communication skills; and fluent English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, Finance, Accounting
- 3+ year operational experience in Finance and Controlling, especially in manufacturing
- Depth knowledge and experience in SAP and digitalization tools
- Fluent English skill
- Strong ownership, capability of working under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
