Job Summary
As a Controlling Business Partner in HR, you will be responsible for the financial management of the HR department. Your tasks include advising management on financial matters, evaluating strategic initiatives, and translating corporate objectives into relevant KPIs. You will oversee budget planning and forecasting, conduct variance analyses, and develop management reports. Furthermore, you will work as a liaison between HR, Controlling, and Finance, optimizing processes and ensuring transparency in financial decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Completed degree in Business Administration or Economics with a focus on Finance or Controlling
- Several years of experience in Controlling, ideally in a business partner role
- In-depth knowledge of financial and controlling instruments, cost accounting, and business case development
- Proficient in reporting and planning tools, strong Excel skills
