Job Summary
Controlling Analyst to support the Andean Region Business Controller for CTG (Cartagena Plant) and Market Units. Responsible for consolidation, validation and analysis of financial and operational information, ensuring timely recurring controlling processes, preparing management information and performance reports, monitoring investments and projects (CAPEX), supporting internal control, compliance and tax-related processes, and aiding in annual planning. The role emphasizes transforming data from multiple sources into consistent, traceable reporting to enable fact-based decision-making, with exposure to finance, operations, commercial and corporate stakeholders and opportunities to contribute to digital transformation and process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Finance/Economics/Business Administration/Industrial Engineering or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in Controlling, Financial Analysis, Accounting, FP&A or a related finance role
- Strong analytical skills, knowledge of SAP, advanced Excel, experience with data visualization/automation tools (Power BI, Power Query) is desirable
- English (intermediate to advanced) and Spanish (fluent)
