Job Summary
Support Product Line Finance Directors with daily operational and strategic activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly performance reporting in coordination with industrial and commercial teams. Manage monthly accrual processing, top-line analysis by cluster and brand, and divisional cost, portfolio, product mix, and margin analysis. Develop new product business cases and ensure timely transparency with HQ. Requires strong accounting knowledge, proficiency in Excel, SAP, and BI systems, and fluency in Italian and English. This role contributes to Haier Europe's growth objectives within the global major appliances ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify key business drivers
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or Management Engineering
- 2-3 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or a Finance function, with exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing processes
- Fluent in Italian & English
- Good interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to interact effectively with Finance, Commercial, Industrial, and Operations teams
