Controlling Analyst

Oversees Financial Planning & Analysis for Cost Unit 154, including period expense forecasts and budgets, cost-center tool uploads, and Tempo handover; analyzes forecast vs actual and budget vs forecast variations; builds P&L projections with commentary (including return on sales and EBIT); forecasts markup and other income/expense lines; develops and maintains expense dashboards (travel, marketing, period expenses) and provisions documentation; manages forecast/budget cycles with controls; tracks headcount changes and FiRe notes; handles social cost cycles per policy; evaluates commercial proposals for profitability/feasibility; executes month-end closing, provisions, reclassifications and accounting movements; manages company car maintenance tracking and related allocations; administers eSR and related operations; requires Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in controlling/financial analysis; proficient in SAP, Excel, Power BI; strong communication skills for senior management; demonstrates business acumen and customer-centric mindset; policy observation on inclusive hiring practices.
