Job Summary
Master the close by capitalizing on centralized financial data within a single AI-native ERP. Build an internal control framework from the ground up using modern tools to embed controls into processes rather than bolting them on. Optimize end-to-end process flows across P2P, R2R, O2C, and beyond to ensure clean operations that scale. Own management reporting to deliver decision-ready insights for financial planning and analysis. Take ownership of technical accounting topics including consolidation, revenue recognition, and share-based compensation. Enable global expansion by supporting new entity openings and building financial infrastructure for a multi-entity structure. Lead and grow the function by managing a team of 2-3 while designing the blueprint for an IPO-ready finance function.
Required Qualifications
- Audit background
- Strong operational accounting skill set
- In-depth knowledge on technical accounting topics
- Tech savvy with a clear vision and strategy on how to best leverage AI in a finance landscape
- Ability to think from first principles and build from scratch
- Based in (or near) Amsterdam
- Willing to work in the office for the majority of the time
