Job Summary
Senior Analyst will support the AWM Private Product Control team within the Private Credit Group/BDC, performing pricing review of third-party vendors and broker-dealers, reviewing monthly independent price verification results and NAV, and performing quarterly valuation of debt instruments including financial statement analysis and discounted cash flow approaches. The role involves interaction with Controllers management, portfolio management, traders, and support areas (Operations, Risk, Technology, Fund Accounting, Legal, Compliance, Investor Relations) and requires strong Excel skills, the ability to multi-task under pressure, and independent initiative. Responsibilities include price verification, quarterly oversight of financial statements and MD&A disclosures, and understanding SOX 404 controls.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Finance / Accounting
- 1-2 years relevant work experience (public and/or private)
- Extensive Microsoft Office experience (Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
- Ability to multi-task, including very good time management and execution skills
- Able to work with a team under pressure
- Strong interpersonal (verbal and written communication) and analytical skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimum supervision
