Job Summary
Manage reporting for business units and steer budget and forecast processes to ensure transparency and support strategic decision-making. Analyze financial and operational KPIs to derive actionable recommendations while advising national and international locations on business matters. Lead investment projects from planning through implementation and contribute to transformation initiatives by optimizing finance and controlling processes. Identify improvement opportunities and implement changes collaboratively with functional areas. Apply modern data analysis and AI tools, including SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Copilot, to enhance processes. Requires a degree in business studies, multiple years of controlling experience, and fluency in German and English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent qualification
- Fundamental understanding of business principles
- Multi-year experience in Controlling
- Experience in a medium-sized or large corporate group
- Responsibility for managing topics, processes, or projects independently
- Analytical and conceptual skills
- Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Secure and targeted use of Microsoft-365 applications, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot
- Excellent German and English language skills
