Controller

Direct and manage the organization's accounting practices, fiscal records, and financial reporting for management and external stakeholders. Prepare analyses of income, expenses, cash flow, and earnings; plan and evaluate the company's fiscal function and performance. Supervise accounting staff, assign tasks, and direct their work while overseeing internal controls, annual forecasting, and budgetary controls. Collaborate with IT, Sales, and General Management to improve operational tracking, costing metrics, and inventory valuation. Coordinate annual insurance renewals for employee benefits and business insurance. This hands-on Controller role supports key day-to-day accounting activities within a tungsten carbide manufacturing environment.
