Job Summary
Oversee accounting, administrative, and Human Resources activities for Woodholme Country Club, including implementing policies, monitoring budgets, preparing financial statements, and managing accounts receivable and payable. Direct department members through performance evaluations, training, and hiring while ensuring compliance with Troon Golf standards and local tax regulations. Coordinate vendor contracts, cash flow, and year-end closings with the Regional Controller. Requires a Bachelor's degree or five to ten years of hospitality experience, Jonas POS proficiency, and strong cash management skills. Salary ranges from $100,000 to $125,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- five to ten years related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in Hospitality Industry
- Experience with Jonas POS/Accounting software program
- Retail oversight experience
- Cash Management
- Payroll Oversight
- Ability to read and speak English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of property management system
