Job Summary
Controller leading day-to-day financial operations for a multi-entity renewable energy and construction organization. Oversees general ledger close, cash forecasting, project/job cost accounting, construction draws, AP, financial reporting, intercompany activity, and internal controls. Works with project managers, operations, legal, and executive leadership to ensure GAAP-compliant reporting, audit readiness, and efficient, scalable processes. Supervises five direct reports; collaborates on tax compliance, consolidations, and investor reporting; drives improvements across accounting SOPs and workflows. Requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance and 7+ years of related experience, with strong background in construction, real estate, or renewable energy.
