Job Summary
Establish and maintain sound accounting practices while overseeing general accounting, cost, credit, and collections functions. Develop documented business process procedures for financial activities and manage the Balance Sheet Review process to ensure reliable, auditable data. Conduct periodic reviews of critical financial controls, manage inventory procedures, and lead the annual external audit by liaising with auditors. Prepare comprehensive financial reports and analyses for executive management covering sales, earnings, profits, and cash balances. Direct and evaluate the performance of the accounting department personnel. This role involves driving continuous improvement and process change within a manufacturing and consumer products environment under the CFO.

- 7-10 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounting
- Controllership experience
- Private Equity experience
- Manufacturing experience
- Consumer Products experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
