Job Summary
Manage daily general ledger input, invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, payroll, and human resource compliance and benefit administration. Prepare weekly cash flow statements, monthly P&L and balance sheet reports, and assist the CFO with audits, tax filings, and year-end financials. Oversee job description updates, candidate tracking, hiring paperwork, and resignation terminations while collaborating with Programmers, Planning, Quality, and Production teams to optimize job costing and margin management. Deliver all administrative duties and special executive requests with accuracy and timeliness.
Required Qualifications
- Quality of Service – a demonstrated ability of exceeding high-performance standards while providing accurate and timely reports and follow through
- Responsiveness – Being adaptable, flexible is key. Employees and others require fast turnaround times. Being able to juggle multiple demands and internal requests is a must
- Detail Minded – able to create and follow plans, processes and procedures. Has demonstrated the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time. Exceptionally focused on small details while executing against the "big picture."
