Job Summary
Partner with the President to improve financial performance and provide analysis for business decisions, projects, and investments. Oversee accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, benefits, cash controls, and financial records. Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, financial reporting, audits, and analysis for leadership and the parent company. Maintain internal controls, ISO 9001 compliance, banking relationships, vendor accounts, and overall financial accuracy. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 5+ years in a similar Controller role, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm, and experience with manufacturing planning software. CPA or CMA preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in similar Controller, Accounting, Financial role
- Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm
- Experience using manufacturing planning and reporting software systems

- CPA or CMA is preferred
