Job Summary
Lead and support the financial management for Statkraft Chile by driving planning, analysis, and finance digitalization initiatives. Ensure compliance and strong internal controls while providing insights that support strategic decisions and operational efficiency. Main tasks include coordinating and managing the performance management process for Chile, annual planning and target setting, scorecard reporting and business reviews; leading the digitalization agenda across Chile Finance; providing financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership; conducting profitability analyses for different service lines and business units; developing and maintaining strong internal control procedures; monitoring and ensuring compliance with tax laws, corporate governance, and financial regulations; and collaborating with other areas to support cost control and efficient planning.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering with specialization in Management Control or Finance
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance or Management Control
- Advanced English (spoken and written)
- Advanced user-level proficiency in MS Office and BI tools
- Experience with SAP is desirable
