Job Summary
Lead a diverse team of Accounting & Reporting associates and perform periodic business performance reviews to ascertain financial statement quality. Implement new accounting standards and Finance Manual guidelines cross-functionally while ensuring appropriate accounting treatment and governance controls execution in the region. Deliver clean external and internal audits by collaborating with PwC and Internal Audit for efficient results. Provide valuable insights to improve processes and manage performance accountability between MGS-F/ICTC and the region. Certification and reporting of financials and controls execution for Senior Management at Mars, Inc. and Mars Snacking Global. Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or related
- 10+ years of accounting or financial audit experience
- Consumer Product Goods industry experience
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate level degree
- CPA or other professional certification
- SAP Experience or Equivalent ERP system
- Experience leading teams – talent development and succession planning
- Expertise in technical accounting, financial process and internal controls
- Scale and complexity in CPG industry
