Job Summary
Senior Controller / Site Finance Partner for a Glendale, WI manufacturing plant overseeing a ~$30M operation. Own site-level financial performance including monthly close, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis; maintain GAAP reporting, cost accounting and inventory valuation; lead SAP ERP transformation activities (design, testing, implementation support, stabilization); drive financial process improvements, controls, and reporting using SAP, Excel, and Power BI; coach non-financial leaders on financial concepts to improve accountability; identify risks and cost-reduction opportunities; lead annual budget, monthly forecast, and 3-year financial planning; partner with Plant Manager on capital investments, make/buy, and profitability decisions; provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support plant initiatives and strategic decisions; maintain SOX-compliant controls and support audits; contribute to leadership discussions and operational planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in plant controlling, FP&A, cost accounting, and financial analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong ability to communicate complex financial information at all levels of the organization
