Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years in commercial real estate property accounting
- Knowledge of accounting and financial reporting methods
- Full cycle accounting experience in commercial real estate
- Knowledge using Yardi
- Understand variance analysis
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Working knowledge of MS Office with proficiency in Excel
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and multi-task
