Controller

Direct and oversee all general accounting functions, including managing the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process. Prepare and review financial statements, ensure GAAP compliance, and maintain general ledger integrity. Monitor regulatory requirements, support Form 990 filings, and coordinate annual audits while supporting lender and board reporting. Supervise the Senior Director of Finance and Senior Accountant, driving staff development and accountability. Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives within a hybrid schedule of 1-2 days working from home.
