We are seeking an experienced Controller to lead financial operations, oversee accounting processes, and provide strategic financial guidance in a senior-level position.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- A minimum of 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience
- At least 3 years in a senior-level Controller position
- Proven experience in manufacturing, multi-location retail, or wholesale/distribution environments
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, internal controls, and compliance
- Ability to streamline accounting operations and implement process improvements
