Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of financial operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll management while leading monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes with accuracy. Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements, management reports, and board-level presentations to executive leadership, developing and maintaining robust financial controls to ensure compliance and accuracy. Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations, lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, and conduct profitability analysis by product line and customer segment. Ensure seamless integration of inventory management and e-commerce platforms with the general ledger, establish key performance indicators, and manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies. Must align with Central Time business hours for collaboration with the US-based team. Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA certification strongly preferred. Minimum 7-10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience with at least 3-5 years in a Controller role.

- Deep understanding of US GAAP and IFRS accounting principles
- Comprehensive knowledge of US tax system, regulations, and reporting deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level reporting
Desired Qualifications
- CPA certification
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or MBA
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or inventory-based businesses
- Public accounting experience with Big 4 or mid-tier firms
- Advanced expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, and financial modeling
- Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks Enterprise, SAP, etc.)
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems
- Strong understanding of business intelligence and reporting tools
- Experience in process improvement and change management
