Job Summary
The Controller will oversee financial management and reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local and international standards. This role involves improving the month-end accounting close process, managing financial policies and approval standards, and driving improvements in internal controls. Candidates should have CA/CPA qualifications with at least 8 years of experience in accounting, familiarity with cloud-based accounting platforms, and strong analytical skills to enhance processes within a rapidly growing organization.
Required Qualifications
- CA/CPA qualified
- Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience building or enhancing an accounting function
- Demonstrated financial acumen with a proven track record of coordinating and driving financial reporting and accounting operations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in cash flow management, banking/treasury finance, and hedging strategies (advantageous)
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based accounting platforms (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills with practical knowledge of Excel, data processing, and BI tools.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
