Job Summary
Controller responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and meaningful financial insights to support business decisions. Key duties include overseeing general and cost accounting, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, cash flow forecasting, ERP system integrity, cost-structure and variance analysis, inventory accounting and physical counts, payroll auditing, external financial audits, budgeting and variance analysis, leading and developing the accounting team, ensuring timely vendor payments and collections, tax filings, and supporting financial reporting systems including Tableau.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 5+ years of accounting experience in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and ERP systems
- Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
