Job Summary
Controller will oversee accounting, reporting, and analysis; prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow); optimize billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable; contribute to risk management and insurance procurement; champion Syteline ERP usage to enhance financial efficiency; provide strategic financial guidance to support company growth; lead and manage the accounting team on finance operations and reporting projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Analytics
- Proven experience as a Plant Controller in a manufacturing environment
- Prior experience working for a Tier-1 supplier to large OEMs is preferred
- Strong understanding of ERP systems in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of financial statement preparation and supporting processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team of accounting professionals
