Job Summary
Partner with Vehicle Line Directors, Chief Program Engineers, and Product Development Functional Leaders to deliver forward-model vehicle profitability targets through material cost and investment target setting. Lead a team of Finance Managers, Supervisors, and Analysts to execute financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes across Product Development gateways. Serve as the Finance voice to shape program decisions and guide teams through profitability delivery. Requires strong influencing, business partnership, analytical, and leadership skills to collaborate effectively across all functions.
