Job Summary
Lead all plant finance and accounting activities for the Pueblo facility, partnering with plant leadership to support performance, cost management, and strategic planning. Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, inventory controls, variance analysis, month-end closing, and compliance with internal controls and reporting requirements. Develop financial dashboards and KPIs, provide management reporting for plant and functional leaders, and supervise plant finance staff where applicable. Drive operational excellence, productivity, and informed decision-making across the site.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting
- Experience in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, or plant controllership
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and variance analysis
- Experience with inventory accounting and internal controls
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
