Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial statements, analyze data to support business decisions, and develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts. Monitor cash flow, perform internal audits, and ensure compliance with financial policies and safety standards. Lead the accounting team through training and coaching while partnering with plant leadership to improve operational and financial performance. Review workers' compensation costs and support safety reporting initiatives. This onsite role in Louisville, KY, requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with at least five years of progressive experience including leadership responsibilities.
