Job Summary
Lead the domestic accounting team and manage the financial close calendar to ensure timely performance intelligence. Own the monthly, quarterly, and year-end global consolidation process while overseeing USA tax compliance and serving as the primary liaison for external auditors. Manage day-to-day cash management for the USA entity and maintain internal control standards to protect company assets. This role requires a CPA with 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within manufacturing, to drive operational excellence and mentor staff. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience within a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience with global consolidations
- Experience managing multi-currency environments
- Deep knowledge of US GAAP
- Experience with mid-to-large tier ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics)
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse workforce
