Controller

The Controller leads the accounting department, ensuring GAAP/management financial reporting accuracy and timeliness, overseeing AR/Collections, AP, and cash posting, maintaining audit-ready systems, managing monthly/quarterly/annual close, and supporting tax compliance and external audits. Key duties include implementing and maintaining financial controls, coordinating with the CFO and Board on financial results, producing a variety of financial reports, supporting finance software integrations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Required skills include deep GAAP knowledge, CPA certification, extensive accounting experience at the controller level, ERP proficiency (NetSuite a plus), strong Excel/Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
