Job Summary
Division Controller to oversee all accounting and finance functions, leading the accounting department, ensuring timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual), and supervising general ledger, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, financial statements, assets, and tax compliance. Develop and coach the accounting team, analyze financial data to identify risks and opportunities, collaborate with leadership on long-range forecasts and budgets, and foster relationships with banks, auditors, and legal counsel while supporting strategic initiatives with operations and sales.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of GAAP compliance and financial analysis
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
