Controller - Own the Numbers. Shape the Business.

Manage and develop a team of two accounting professionals while leading the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close across six operating brands. Prepare consolidated financial statements and executive reporting, oversee budgeting, cash flow, banking, and day-to-day financial operations within the ERP. Analyze job costing and profitability to improve margins, partner with production and estimating to strengthen costing, and improve internal controls. Oversee audits, tax coordination, and external CPA relationships to support ownership in strategic decisions and company growth. This newly created role at a $25m revenue manufacturing firm requires a hands-on leader to leave their DNA on the business and write their own playbook.
