Controller

Lead all accounting operations including general ledger, cost accounting, revenue recognition, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and month-end close. Ensure timely financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP and develop internal controls and accounting policies. Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives while collaborating with operations to improve profitability. Drive ERP enhancements, automation initiatives, and annual audits as the primary liaison with external auditors. Develop and mentor a high-performing accounting team while supporting treasury, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting. Work a flexible hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days remotely in Fremont, California.
