Job Summary
Oversee the Finance/Accounting Department by supervising 3-5 employees and managing accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations. Maintain accurate financial documentation, ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements, and produce periodic financial reports adhering to accepted accounting principles. Coordinate external audits, manage VABS billing and collections, prepare annual budgets and forecasts, and submit Contract Expenditure Reports to grantor organizations. Perform month-end close, generate financial statements, and complete UDS and cost reports timely. Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 10+ years experience required; salary range $100,000 to $125,000 annually.

- Proficient in accounting and tax preparation software
