Job Summary
Conduct investment control by evaluating requests, calculating pay-back periods, and monitoring ongoing projects with CAPEX forecasting. Support period close activities, analyze monthly results and financial variances, and maintain the quarterly forecast for production and sales. Contribute to the budget process, update Group Transfer Prices, and lead projects to benchmark costs across facilities while improving financial registrations. Collaborate with international colleagues and the Finance organization to challenge business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding in Bedrijfseconomie, Finance & Control of vergelijkbaar
- Minimaal 2 tot 4 jaar ervaring binnen Business Control in een internationale manufacturing omgeving
- Een sterk analytisch en datagedreven vermogen
- Ervaring met grote datasets en Power BI
- Ervaring met ERP-systemen
- Een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Je bent zelfstandig, analytisch en neemt initiatief
- Je weet financiële data te vertalen naar heldere inzichten
- Je durft de business kritisch te challengen
- Je communiceert makkelijk met verschillende stakeholders
- Je begrijpt hun belangen
- Je weet anderen mee te nemen in jouw inzichten
