Job Summary
Local Controller role in Tulsa for NOW CFO; oversee financial statements, cost accounting and inventory processes, manage multiple client engagements across manufacturing environments, lead client meetings and proposal development, supervise accounting staff, and drive process improvements in manufacturing/operational workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting and/or corporate)
- Manufacturing experience strongly preferred, including exposure to cost accounting and inventory management
- Experience working with multiple clients or entities is a plus
- Strong ERP experience (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
