Job Summary
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes while overseeing financial statement preparation in accordance with GAAP. Own SEC reporting, including 10-Q, 10-K, and earnings materials, and present key accounting judgments to executives and the board. Manage AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, and revenue recognition while providing technical accounting guidance and policy oversight. Design and strengthen internal controls to ensure SOX and regulatory compliance, serving as the primary liaison for external auditors. Lead a team of 20 accounting professionals and drive ERP optimization initiatives alongside cross-functional collaboration with Treasury, Tax, and Operations. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis to strengthen processes for executive leadership and board-level decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA
- 10–15+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Senior Manager-level experience in public accounting or corporate accounting leadership
- Significant SEC reporting experience

- Big 4 or national public accounting experience
- Experience with accounting transformation, multi-entity organizations, large-scale ERP systems, and SOX leadership
