Job Summary
Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, analyze financial performance, and deliver timely data to support informed business decisions. Direct all accounting and financial operations, including general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting, while ensuring SOX compliance and audit coordination. Act as a strategic partner to executive leadership by providing financial input on decision-making issues and guiding the organization's growth vision. Develop and supervise staff, maintain scalable control processes, and update the ERP system to drive productivity improvements. Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, implementing changes to improve results and safeguard corporate assets. This role requires frequent computer use, occasional production floor visits, and extended hours during month-end close and peak periods.
