Job Summary
Own the integrity of the company's books across all US and international entities, designing internal controls, accounting policies, and the chart of accounts to support scale and auditability. Lead the accounting team, including the Accounting Manager, Fleet Asset Accounting, and regional resources, while serving as the technical authority on US GAAP and IFRS. Drive the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, producing consolidated financial statements and overseeing inter-company reconciliations. Manage the external audit relationship, ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance including FX translation, and own the ERP migration roadmap with Microsoft Dynamics or NetSuite. Partner with FP&A, Tax, and leadership to provide decision-ready financial information. This player-coach leadership role builds the systems and team required to keep books accurate and audit-ready as the company scales across markets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA license
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
