Job Summary
Lead financial operations for a rapidly growing consumer brand; oversee accounting operations and financial reporting per GAAP; drive budgeting/forecasting processes; develop and maintain internal controls; provide meaningful financial analysis to executive leadership; partner with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, financial visibility, and strategic decision-making; manage treasury, cash flow, and compliance; lead and develop the finance team; support growth initiatives and implementation of financial systems and reporting tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- 6+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Experience developing and presenting budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
- Knowledge of treasury management, tax compliance, audits, internal controls, and financial regulations
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization
