Job Summary
Controller will lead all accounting and financial operations across multiple business sites within a manufacturing and assembly environment, ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting, manage cost accounting including standard costing and variance analysis, oversee inventory and BOMs/routings, lead budgeting/forecasting and long-range planning, provide KPI insights to operations, and supervise the accounting team while maintaining audit readiness and ERP optimization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
- CPA, CMA, or MBA strongly preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
- Minimum 3 years in manufacturing with strong cost accounting focus
- Deep expertise in cost accounting, inventory, and manufacturing finance
- Strong ERP experience, Made2Manage experience preferred
- Advanced Excel and Financial Analysis
- Effective communication, leadership, and business partnering abilities
- Travel required 10–20%
