Controller - Manufacturing

Build and manage internal accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations previously handled by external providers. Establish accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to support a rapidly scaling organization while developing and managing the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process. Prepare financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and lead preparation for the company's first external financial audit. Serve as the finance lead for ERP system implementation and partner cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and engineering teams to ensure accurate data flow. Implement systems to track inventory, fixed assets, and capital project spending while developing processes for capital expenditures and depreciation. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing accounting team as the company scales.
