Job Summary
Controller Manager / FP&A Manager needed to lead budgeting and rolling forecast processes, perform variance analyses, act as a finance business partner to units and leadership, drive monthly BU reviews, ensure timely group reporting, and develop dashboards and KPIs. Will contribute to ERP system transition, align ERP structure with reporting needs, ensure data quality across systems, and support audits. Requires 5–8+ years in controlling/FP&A, degree in Finance or related field, strong P&L and forecasting expertise, advanced Excel and Power BI (DAX), SQL is an advantage, and demonstrated leadership capability.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8+ years experience in controlling / FP&A / finance business partnering
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Strong understanding of P&L, forecasting and performance management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel and Power BI knowledge (DAX)
- SQL is an advantage
- Leadership or people management experience is a plus
