Job Summary
Controlling Manager / FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, rolling forecast, variance analyses, and reporting. Serve as a trusted finance business partner to business units and senior leadership, driving timely and accurate group reporting, KPI/dashboard development, and continuous improvement of planning and data quality. Lead the ERP system transition and ensure alignment between ERP structure and business requirements. Role involves providing financial insights to executives, supporting internal/external audits, and shaping the local controlling function within a hybrid work arrangement (2–3 days remote) in Budapest, Hungary.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8+ years experience in controlling / FP&A / finance business partnering
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Strong understanding of P&L, forecasting and performance management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel and Power BI knowledge (DAX)
- SQL is an advantage
- Leadership or people management experience is a plus
