Job Summary
Controller (Credit Controller) to join Vetropack Gostomel finance team and strengthen internal control processes and manage credit-related activities. Responsibilities include developing Credit Policy and Procedures; Accounts Receivable monitoring and DSO management; supporting the sales team in collections; advising on and developing credit risk mitigation tools; cash flow forecasting; monitoring and controlling changes to payment terms and pricing in SAP; performing independent control over unblocking customer orders; contributing to SAP automation and access-right governance; monitoring credit risks and collaborating with internal/external stakeholders on finance-related matters.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- Understanding of working capital and cash flow dynamics
- Relevant experience in finance, credit control, or a similar function
- Practical experience with SAP is an advantage
- Understanding of financial processes and internal control principles
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
