Controller (m/w/d) - Schwerpunkt Bau & Immobilien

Conduct independent project and construction cost controlling for ongoing real estate developments. Create and maintain cost overviews, planned-actual comparisons, and forecasts. Monitor milestone payments, change orders, and cash flows while supporting project leadership on economic decisions. Review contracts, invoices, and budget developments in close collaboration with finance and the executive team. Optimize controlling and reporting structures continuously. Leverage deep understanding of the Berlin market to drive sustainable value increases through targeted renovations and modernizations.
