Job Summary
Provide management with decision-making foundations and cost-saving opportunities. Develop controlling instruments, ERP, and reporting systems while advancing cost and performance accounting processes. Represent and support the Controller/Finance Director, executing regular and ad-hoc financial analyses, plan-versus-actual comparisons, and statistical management. Requires a business administration degree, strong MS Excel and SAP skills, and fluent German and English. Full-time position with unlimited duration and structured onboarding. Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (BWL, Finance) oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Exzellente MS-Excel-Kenntnisse
- Erfahrung mit SAP als ERP-System
- Erfahrung mit Business-Intelligence-Tools
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch
- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch
- Analytisches Denkvermögen
